Britney Spears’ attorney Stacy Philips is still building a case to get ex-husband Kevin Federline to pay for his part of the sky-high legal bills racked up as their custody tussle goes on.

Unfortunately for her client, a judge still ordered Spears to pay up because the fees were incurred by her.

The financial documents of his big spending habits have come to light:

*A $1,100 tip on a $2,782 bill at a Los Angeles restaurant last year.

*During a visit to Scores strip club, he left a $2,000 tip on a $365 bill.

*While in Las Vegas, he splurged $1,445 on Versace togs, $3,863 at TAO nightclub, and $3,008 at the Hard Rock Beach Club.

*In 2007, he paid $74,102 in music production expenses, but his income was just $9,849. Most of his income came doing a commercial for Nationwide Insurance that earned him a whopping $377,000. On top of that, he raked in $50,000 for making appearances at certain Las Vegas nightspots.

Another interesting tidbit: Spears forks out $15,000 per month in child support payments to Federline, who has physical custody of their sons, Preston, and Jayden. Federline also pays ex Shar Jackson $18,228 in monthly child support, rent and private school tuition for his other two children.
