Word is out that 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin is publishing his first book, A Promise to Ourselves: Fatherhood, Divorce and Family Law, and it is due to be out on Sept 23 2008.
From the best-selling author Steven R. Covey of The 7 habits of highly effective people, this latest self-help book takes his seven key points and is mapped specifically onto families.
Many of the books on divorce focus on women and children, but few actually pay attention to men.
Some may dismiss divorce advice for men as potentially women bashing material — much like some of the wring-him-dry variety for women.
But this thoughtfully written book by S. Perry Mallory advocate that men take responsibility.
