Public humiliation in a divorce has been taken to a new level. British actress and playwright Tricia Walsh-Smith puts on a six-minute video on Youtube to lash out at husband and Broadway mogul Phil Smith, who heads the Shubert Organization in New York, the largest theater owner on Broadway.

Filmed in her Park Avenue apartment, she raged on about their prenuptial agreement that states he could have her evicted from their marital home within 30 days of asking for a divorce.

At one point in the video, she calls up his personal assistant to ask what she should do with the pornography, condoms, and Viagra pills she found in their home.

The most tragic part of it all is that it seems her husband will not let his pension kick into her bank account if he were to become terminally ill.

Walsh-Smith’s divorce rant on Youtube is believed to be the first of its kind.
